Renato E. Imaña, MBA Principal
Mr. Imaña is an accomplished and creative Project Manager, Construction Manager and Designer with a strong background in both corporate, hospitality, retail, and residential projects.

In the field of Management and Construction Management, Mr. Imaña’s skills include account management, organization development and budget development. He is a strategic, people-oriented and creative problem solver, with a track record of establishing focused and effective internal and external partnerships.
As a designer, Mr. Imaña has a strong background in generating a diversity of visuals, including hand-drawn objects, and a wide range of digital formats. He has over twenty years of experience in architecture and design, including corporate and residential projects.
Renato earned a Masters of Business Administration in Finance, as well as a Bachelor of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Past client work has included Navy Pier, The Shedd Aquarium Addition, McDonald’s Corporate, Ameritech, Northwestern Memorial, Department of Natural Services and Children’s Memorial Hospital. Mr. Imaña is bilingual in Spanish.
Eric Luchetta-Stendel, ALA, LEED AP Principal
Mr. Luchetta-Stendel is a licensed architect and has a wide range of experience as Project Manager, Designer, LEED consultant, and building consultant. His project management responsibilities include maintaining project budgets and schedules, meeting regularly with clients, and coordinating with other consultant. His project architect responsibilities include architectural design and consultation, preparation of permit drawings and construction documents, construction observation and project close-out.

As a LEED Accredited Professional, Mr. Luchetta-Stendel has lead and participated in sustainable design strategy sessions, created and helped to implement energy efficiency and environmental design goals, and helped steer the owner and contractor through the LEED process. He has taught the LEED-NC credit system to other project managers, and given presentations on LEED 2009.
Ted Flis Project Manager
Ted is a licensed architect with 22 years experience in architecture and project management. Although Ted has extensive involvement in the hospitality industry, he has a diverse background in many types of architectural projects. Ted has designed and managed projects such as restaurants, bars/nightclubs, hotels, resorts, spa/fitness facilities, entire life-style developments, country clubs, office buildings, condominiums, residences, airport work, cinema theatres, industrial buildings, car dealerships, and schools.
Project involvement includes:
Project management and coordination of full permit documents and construction documents. Provides full building envelope detailing and specifications down to interior millwork detailing. Concept development and design with assistance to clients to develop project concepts and goals. Provides full code review and code compliance. Coordinates outside consultants. Assists the client in purchasing of FF&E. Provides shop drawing review, scheduling, site construction coordination and city commission presentations.
Ted has a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Kansas. He has been licensed since 1992. He is also member of the American Institute of Architects. Gonzalo H. Andino Senior Production Manager
Mr. Andino has over 30 years of architectural experience. He has extensive experience developing and coordinating the production of working drawings for a variety of projects. These projects include strip mall storefront build-outs for restaurants and retail stores. He has developed drawing documents for residential projects including new homes and additions.
Mr. Andino’s industrial experience includes the production of documents for nuclear & fossil fuel power plants; food processing plants, chemical plants, and grocery stores.
Mr. Andino has a 5 year Bachelor Degree in Architectural Design from the University of Illinois – Chicago
Mr. Andino is bilingual in Spanish.
